We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Utility Worker - Senior to join our team at a local hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils, ensuring a clean and safe environment. As the senior utility worker, you will provide direction to lower-level employees, guiding them in their daily tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen work areas.
  • Oversee the care and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Organize and store delivery items, ensuring proper inventory management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior utility workers.

Uniform Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior staff.
