Our client, a premier private equity real estate fund with over $2bn in assets, has retained Selby Jennings to find an analyst to join their asset management team. This asset manager would work alongside the acquisitions on all live deals and is considered a part of the deal time with the opportunity to gain exposure to acquisitions work as well. The leadership team is highly regarded in the industry all joining from world-renowned real estate funds. This is a long-term opportunity with ample room to move upward within the firm.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate
- 6 to 8 years of experience in real estate investment banking or real estate private equity
- HAVE to have had experience in managing multifamily assets
- Experience with ARGUS
