We are seeking a Director of Talent Placement who will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Talent Placement division. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing the Talent Placement team, overseeing full-cycle recruiting, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Talent Placement team to ensure efficient service delivery and constructive dialogueDevelop and educate the team on best practices in talent placement processesDiagnose client issues and propose effective solutions based on expertise and client needsPlan and oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standardsMonitor client satisfaction and actively seek opportunities for expansion and improvementRepresent HR Collaborative in the community and industry organizations, showcasing our expertise and commitment to excellence

 

The Ideal Candidate: Are you the Director of Talent Placement we’re looking for? Check if you match our criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or relevant field; equivalent work experience considered5-10 years of experience in temporary staffing and recruitmentStrong proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, relationship management, and project managementExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn, and recruiting software platforms
