SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

This position is for the Anatomic Pathology department.
Five (5) years of recent experience in an approved laboratory as a supervisor or seven years (7) as a Histotechnologist or Cytotechnologist.
HT/CT - Histology or cytology certified through ASCP - EQUIVALENT CERTIFICATION NOT ACCEPTED
Experience in specific department discipline is required.
BS in Science (or higher Science degree) Required

Knowledge of HIS, LIS, current word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation (PowerPoint) software applications.
Experience in scheduling and the resolution of personnel issues is preferred.
Teaching experience preferred.

ASCP
BLS (AHA)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Weekends as needed

Experience:
lab supervisor: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:
HT/CT - Histology or cytology certified thru ASCP (Required)
