Job Summary

The Contracts Coordinator reviews contracts and manages legal database.

Responsibilities

Describe, in detail, the major duties of the position. List only major functions separately, in order of importance. Provide a detailed description of each duty so someone who has no prior knowledge of the job can understand what the job does. Indicate the approximate percentage of total working time spent on each major work activity. Duties that represent less than five percent will be grouped in other duties as required.

  • Prepare contract documents, review and update existing contracts.
  • Understands, evaluates and communicates terms and conditions of contracts to internal and external customers.
  • Manage and update digital document management system.
  • Manage legal department contract deliverables ensuring deadlines are met.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration required
  • Knowledge of the aviation field preferred
  • High School diploma required
  • College degree a plus
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of the aviation field preferred
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to spot any errors
  • Efficient in MSWord, Outlook, Excel and Adobe
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
  • Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access filing cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Walk short distances.
  • Reach above and/or below the shoulder.
  • Sit and/or stand for short or extended periods.
  • Lift/carry/move objects, files, and documents up to 25 pounds.
  • Work in an office environment using standard office equipment.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
