What you will do::

Touch freight â may need to lift, push, or move product weighing 75+ pounds Occasionally may be asked to provide assistance with lifting, pushing, or moving product as needed Pre-inspect truck, load materials, and verify accuracy of load Set up job parameters, inspect site to ensure a safe environment to load and unload Maintain regular communication with dispatcher to ensure timely delivery of the product Ensure branch management is aware of potential hazards on site Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE What you will bring:: CDL Class A/B driver's license in good standingDrivers must be 21 years of age or olderWill need 12 months of prior and verifiable commercial driving experienceShould be comfortable driving a manual transmission commercial flatbed truck and operate heavy equipment for unloadingAirbrake endorsement needed if applicable to Class B DriversMust be able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day as we will load/unload the materials by hand and via heavy equipmentMust be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsThe ideal candidate will always put safety first and will always wear appropriate PPEShould prefer working in a team environment but be comfortable working on independent tasksExperience handling building materialsClean MVR/PSPRoofing backgroundForklift experienceKnuckle Boom and/or Moffett, experience highly preferred
