Orthopaedic Surgery Physician Job with Tenet Healthcare in Jasper, AL

Excellent opportunity for a general Orthopedic Surgeon interested and experienced in joint surgery to join a well established group located in Jasper, Alabama.
Highlights:
Employment with TPR (Tenet Physician Resources)Enjoy practicing with 4 other orthopedic surgeons including 2 general orthopedic surgeons and 2 spine/orthopedic surgeonsDesire and ability to perform joint replacement surgeriesSurgeries performed at both Walker Baptist Medical Center and a surgery centerClinic located less than 1 mile from hospital and offers both X-Ray and MRIAnticipate weekly schedule of 3 days in the clinic and 2 days in surgeryAverage of 20 - 40 patients per day/per physician seen in the clinic; average of 4 6 surgeries per dayCandidate Requirements:
MD or DO degree requiredBE/BC in orthopedic surgeryAlabama licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in the State of AlabamaUnfortunately we are not qualified to sponsor J-1 or H-1 Visa holders.
Walker Baptist Medical Center is a 267 bed, acute care facility located in Jasper, Alabama, which is 35 minutes from metro Birmingham.
