Job Description:

As the IT PMO (Senior Lead) for Digital Core Transformation (Corporate Tech Sustainability), you are responsible for embedding delivery excellence through optimized DT wide processes and systems.  As an individual contributor this role acts as PMO to the Corporate Sustainability team and coordinates with other PMO teams to ensure the success of the Corporate Sustainability in the S/4 transformation.  This role ensures that the Corporate Tech Sustainability effectively tracks and delivers within the S/4 program and acts as the point of contact for all governance/steering/status/portfolio and TIGG/TMO processes to support Corporate Technology Sustainability. This is a project-based role that will be extended as needed until 2028.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • 3+ years’ experience working as a practitioner of project/program management/PMO disciplines

  • 3+ years’ experience working in a global delivery environment (project/PMO/central function).

  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, consulting and communications (written and verbal) skills which includes ability to create and deliver effective presentations to all levels of the organization. 

  • Ability to manage a diverse and cross functional/divisional stakeholder group.

  • Demonstrated high learning agility to learn new concepts quickly and apply learning.

  • Willingness and ability to function effectively as part of a virtual team and decentralized model

  • Ability to travel as needed

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Define, establish & operate key Portfolio & Program processes, including Portfolio Management, Intake/Demand and Program Governance & Execution

  • Work with partner groups, PMO’s & governance bodies to ensure seamless & efficient ways of working in decision making, design authority and communication.

  • Represent Corporate Technology Sustainability in key Program forums

  • Ensure consistency & quality of engagement & governance deliverables across the Corporate Tech teams, including Status & General Program tracking

  • Develop, execute and embed PMO analytics to provide portfolio/investment insights to the Corporate Technology leadership team.

  • Support interaction & key processes with Corporate Governance bodies, including TIGG and Digital Core TMO

  • Responsibility overall for budgets & finance processes

  • Run & facilitate key Corporate Technology Sustainability leadership meetings & workshops

  • Act as the change management expert within the team ensuring change management methods (PROSCI) are utilized effectively.

  • Has a holistic view of team activities and can articulate the value these are driving to our customers, being the voice of the team.
