We're looking for a highly motivated Production Technician to join our team and help us continue our mission of transforming the dental industry.

As the Production Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our manufacturing process, responsible for manufacturing, characterizing, and testing polymer resins. You'll be collaborating closely with our talented resin R&D team to manufacture upcoming products, ensuring that all raw materials and resin inventory preparations are up-to-date. You'll follow standard laboratory procedures for mixing and characterizations, and use your problem-solving skills to tackle any challenges that arise.

You'll be responsible for lifting and moving materials for production purposes, scaling up R&D formulations, and providing continuous support to resin production. With your keen eye for detail, you'll establish materials standards of quality, including usability and reliability, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence. You'll prepare resin manufacturing documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workshop area to create a productive and safe work environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing characterizing and testing the polymer resins
  • Close collaboration with resin R&D team for manufacturing the upcoming products
  • Raw materials and resin inventory preparations
  • Follow Standard laboratory procedures for mixing and characterizations
  • Lifting and moving materials for production purposes
  • Scale up R&D formulations and continuous support to resin production
  • Established materials standards of quality including usability and reliability
  • Prepares resin manufacturing documentation and reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization in workshop area
  • Follow up safety rules and procedures constantly

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment, preferably in the field of chemistry or materials science (though relevant coursework or certification may suffice)
  • Familiarity with standard laboratory procedures and safety protocols
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials for production purposes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Familiarity with inventory management and record-keeping (preferred, but not necessarily required)
  • Training and on-the-job experience can help develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful Production Technician


Target Salary Range: $20.00 - $33.65

Actual compensation packages consider a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The estimate provided has not been adjusted for all of these factors. At SprintRay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The total compensation package for a position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, and/or other applicable compensation.
