A financial market research company located in Baltimore is hiring for a full-time Sr Accountant to join their team. You'll work alongside the Accounting Manager and CFO to assist in all aspects of the accounting life cycle including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. This is a great chance to join a growing but stable company that's been in business for 40yrs and generates $150 million in annual revenue. 

**This role is hybrid onsite 2-3 days a week initially and phases overtime to primarily remote 1-2 days a week in office

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP and SOX e
• Experience with NetSuite or similar tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, SAP, or Oracle 
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant fields of study

  Bonus qualifications:

  • CPA or 1+ exam completed
  • Prior experience in the financial or investment industries
