What You’ll Do at Stepful:

Are you passionate about empowering millions of low-wage workers, enabling them to upskill and transform their lives? Do you excel in managing and optimizing paid social acquisition campaigns? Do you enjoy running experiments and crunching data to drive Stepful’s growth? Do you thrive in an environment that values autonomy and encourages exceeding goals?

Own the end-to-end execution of customer acquisition campaigns across all paid social marketing channels, including budgeting, optimization, and measurement/reporting. Manage and scale media spend across channels while actively optimizing to meet profitability goals and lower CACs. Design and operationalize a process for A/B testing campaigns, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and product marketing for new customer acquisition. Collaborate with the Organic Social team to create content that can be leveraged in paid campaigns. Own optimization of automated email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversion.

Some key qualifications

2+ years of experience working at an early-stage direct-to-consumer startup. Proven track record of scaling marketing spend while maintaining ROI targets. Proficiency in tactical end-to-end execution of ad campaigns across Paid Social channels like TikTok and Meta. Experience in writing creative briefs and working closely with content creators to iterate quickly and identify messaging/content that resonates with audiences. Highly analytical with strong communication skills.
