Join our team as a Mental Health Worker in our Intensive Community Support-Respite program, dedicated to supporting adults referred to by the Department of Mental Health. This program provides essential stability for individuals who have lost housing, require increased support, or are transitioning from hospital settings back into the community. Our six bed residential unit fosters a supportive environment where clients can connect with resources and services aimed at achieving independent living. 

Responsibilities: 

Implementing Individual Treatment Plans:Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement personalized treatment plans for residents. Facilitating Activities:Lead recreational, therapeutic, and coping activities to promote well-being and engagement. Supporting Healthy Living:Assist residents in developing and maintaining proper diet and daily living skills. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and data collection as required. 

Located in Weymouth, MA

Schedule: 

Sunday - Thursday, 3pm – 11pm (40 hours per week) 

Hourly Rate: 

$17.50/hr plus $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Required Experience
Prior experience working with adults in an acute mental health settingMedication Administration Program (MAP) and CPR/First Aid certifications requiredwithin six (6) months of employment dateRequires valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and access to personal vehicle for consumer transportationBA/BS in Psychology or a related field strongly preferred
