Summary

This position is located in a Kansas State or Area Office in USDA/Rural Development (RD). Assignments consist of such work as reviewing application processing and loan and grant servicing reviews for Single Family Housing (SFH) and/or Community Program (CP), Business (BP), loans and grants.

Must report for work in Hays or Iola, Kansas.



Duties
  • Examine supporting documents for loans or review financial statements for selected Single Family Housing (SFH), community facility, rural utility, or business loans.
  • Perform a variety of non-routine assignments within the various programs.
  • Performs loan processing and servicing assignments of limited scope and complexity.
  • Meet with lenders and potential borrowers to explain RD programs and requirements.
