Job Description:
  • Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, with advanced skills in creating formulas and utilizing built-in functions for calculations.
  • Ability to create data visualizations for the Asset Management Program and capable of extracting, filtering, and generating reports from asset management systems. Collaboration with department members and UARC for audits and discrepancy resolution is essential, as is the ability to review and analyze data to predict future needs and suggest improvements.
  • Experience with AIMS/Sunflower or a similar asset management system for tracking capital and controlled assets is required. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team on audit projects, demonstrating effective communication skills in English, both orally and in writing. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple assignments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team on audit projects

Role & Responsibilities:
Under supervision, the incumbent will:
  • Review and analyze data to predict future needs and recommend enhancements.
  • Perform data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and interpretation to prepare responses to inquiries.
  • Assist in conducting asset, inventory, and configuration audits, as well as testing preproduction enhancements. Correct errors and conflicting data through research and system analysis.
  • Maintain equipment lists, configurations, and database entries. Adjust inventory levels as necessary for statewide accessibility.
  • Process updates to asset, inventory, and configuration databases, as well as scanner units. Assist in tracking equipment installations, movements, and services.
  • Manage catalog entries, manufacturers, models, and site locations. Review and ensure the accuracy of data within Sunflower/AIMS.
  • Extract, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data from Sunflower/AIMS to create reports and data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with UARC representatives to conduct subscriber audits of STARS equipment.
  • Assist VSP field staff in determining and locating subscriber assets, whether it be upgrades or installation.
  • Performs quality checks on client data when upload issues are reported by Ramsell, as well as troubleshoot client-identified Ramsell issues as relayed by VAMAP staff;
  • Processes all returned mail (approvals, denials, medication pick-up site changes, etc.) in Provide, to avoid any further mail is not sent to invalid addresses;
  • Assists with processing the Pharmacy Batch Errors as needed in the Provide system;
  • Process the monthly errors from the pharmacy transactions processed by the Division of Pharmacy Services (DPS) and/or Ramsell for uninsured clients;
  • Process the periodic Medicaid printouts for the Division of Pharmacy Services (DPS);
  • Serve as support for Provide Enterprise quality assurance tasks such as but not limited to; regular checks for possible duplicate profiles in Provide, via reports that include possible metadata connections regarding name, date of birth, or SSN, and processing the Open Client Requests in the Provide system;
  • Processes routine (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and ad-hoc quality assurance checks, as requested by the CQM Team;
  • Manage Cerberus and troubleshoot access for DPS staff;
  • Downloads/reviews / files Pharmacy data files for VCU placed on the GTI SFTP site and places them in the necessary folders in Cerberus so that staff responsible can process them;
  • Downloading and placing in the appropriate Sharefile location any documents from subrecipients uploaded to Cerberus; and
  • Any other assignments that are necessary to help the program maintain its high level of service.

  • MDT, Monitors, Cell phone.
Computer software to be used:
  • AIMS (Asset Inventory Management System), Microsoft Office
Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable of asset management systems.
  • Experience in conducting research and data analysis. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of
  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to complete data visualizations (e.g., graphs, charts, dashboards, etc.)
