  • Position Overview: The Director of Fleet Management (DFM) is responsible for managing fleet assets, and providing leadership and guidance to CR&R maintenance facilities and their teams of supervisors and technicians who provide maintenance services to our fleet of over 1000 Diesel/CNG trucks, and heavy equipment.
  • Oversee maintenance team staffing to ensure appropriate fleet service level efficiency and implement professional development programs so team members achieve advanced understanding of powertrain, hydraulic, electrical, and chassis systems, to ensure diagnosis and repairs are performed effectively and efficiently.
  • 15+ years experience in a leadership position of asset management responsibility for a fleet of 1000+ Diesel/CNG trucks.
  • 15+ years experience managing multi-site fleet maintenance facilities for a fleet of 1000+ Diesel/CNG trucks and 50+ maintenance team members.
  • Advance knowledge of Diesel/ CNG truck and heavy equipment drivetrain, electrical, hydraulic and structural systems.
  • CAFM and ASE Certified Master Medium-Heavy Truck Technician certifications preferred.
