Collaborate with members of the Intelligence Community to research, produce, and disseminate unclassified counterterrorism intelligence products for federal, state, local, tribal, territorial governments, and private sector partners.

Leveraging prior public safety experience, provide perspective on emerging intelligence issues potentially impacting federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and private sector Homeland security and public safety partners.

Work with Joint Counterterrorism Assessment Team Fellows to perform counterterrorism intelligence review and collaborative production to ensure partner intelligence needs and requirements are met; public safety experience and expertise is leveraged; and products are relevant and useful to customers.

Conduct outreach and education activities to build and strengthen partnerships, promote awareness and understanding of partner capabilities and resources, and improve information sharing.

Support counterterrorism partners in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of exercises; and the facilitation of training, in order to identify and address gaps and increase counterterrorism awareness and preparedness.

Conduct research to leverage best practices and lessons learned.
