Two hair chairs and one private treatment room for lease at Spruced Hair & Lash Co, in downtown Tualatin. Near Cabelas, New Seasons and Gman Brewery. Great location with lots of parking. A boutique salon environment with just 4 hair chairs and 2 private rooms. Washer and dryer on site. Wifi and coffee/snack bar and tons of storage. We are all friendly and kind, with a good vibe Enjoy the complete freedom of being an independent contractor. No restrictions on hours or days. Use and products you like and sell any retail you want to.. individual retail cabinets are at each hair station so you can display your retail. Month to month agreement, with a full time chair being $900 a month. Part time could be negotiated with the right circumstances (ie two stylists wanting to share a chair). Private room is also going for $900 a month and would be great for an esthetician, lash artist, massage therapist, or PMU artist. Private room could be decorated as you see fit.
