Summary of Position Seeking a 2020 proficient, seasoned, diligent, kitchen and bath designer experienced in working with discerning clients in homes valued from $500,000 to 1 million and up.
Industry knowledge, an engaging personality, and polished written and verbal communication skills are a must along with the ability to juggle multiple jobs in various stages of completion.
Experience and Qualifications 5-10 years of kitchen design and sales experience Submission of a design portfolio demonstrating your design and 2020 skills is required.
Design degree or certification (or expert level skills).
Ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with new prospects.
Ability to interpret client vision and present design concepts and plans to high-end clients in such a way as to win sales.
Utilizing exceptional attention to detail in specifying and ordering for projects and accurately checking order acknowledgments.
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous, time-sensitive projects with a positive attitude.
Experience working with cabinetry installers and builders/project managers.
Face-to-face experience in negotiating and problem-solving with clients.
Maintain strong relationships and communication with clients and vendors.
Excellent spelling, grammar, written, verbal, organization, and problem-solving skills resulting in the ability to communicate professionally with staff, customers, and vendors.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel We strive to provide a collaborative, creative environment where each person feels encouraged to contribute to our processes, decisions, planning, and culture.
