To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

Coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner. Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards. Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives Incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel. Enacts contingency plans as needed; escalates and directs activities during systems problems, disasters, etc. Identifies potential problems, troubleshoots, escalates issues to management, and participates in analysis of problems providing input for future process improvements. Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate conductive to maximize employee morale and productivity

This full-time, salary, role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Operations Manager.

Required experience:

Analytical Skills and statistical background Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Bachelors Degree or 5 years of experience/training or a combination of both
