The Role:

Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Lead Java FSE w/Angular or React (Onsite) to serve our diverse base of global clients. Location: Dallas, TX or Salt Lake City (Onsite)

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities:
  • Strong experience in developing applications in Java and Springboot.
  • Candidate will have to work with the product owners/business analysts to understand and analyze the requirement.
  • Candidate will develop user interface screens using Javascript, Angular or React
  • Should be able to perform unit testing as per the client approved until testing frameworks like Junit, Mockito, etc.
  • Should be able to participate in the design discussions along with the clients’ architects and business analysts
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in developing applications in Java, spring and SpringBoot
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands on experience in Javascript and Angular or React.
  • Candidate should have good working experience in databases like Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines is a nice to have.
  • Candidate should be able to work independently with the client.
  • Should possess good communication skills
