About the Position:

Responsible for wearing appropriate safety gear for the chemicals that are being applied such as goggles, respirator, gloves, boots, helmet, and coveralls in accordance with Company Safety Policies and ProceduresResponsible for the proper use, maintenance, and care of all safety equipmentResponsible for the driving of company truck to transport equipment toll and supplies which includes loading and unloading tractor onto trailer to be towed to job siteResponsible for the proper and safe transportation, handling, and storage of Hazardous Materials and their empty containersApply chemicals and fertilizer, (liquid and dry) to row crops using a tractor in a safe and efficient mannerLoad and unload equipment, fertilizers and or chemicals needed to complete assigned jobMake liquid truck, dry tender or pallet fertilizer deliveriesMaintain and service assigned equipment including communicating equipment failures and needs to shop supervisorWork with all departments to help maintain cleanliness and order of the yard facilityInspect equipment daily and complete daily inspection logs properly and accurately

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid CDL A License with Tanker Endorsement Hazmat Endorsement Preferred 1-3 Months of Related Experience or Training Pass DOT Physical Certified Forklift Operator Able to Lift Between 25-50 Lbs
