Kitchen Supervisor Overview:

As a Kitchen Supervisor you will provide leadership that ensures the effective and efficient operation of the kitchen & supervision of the culinary team.  Help to manage the daily operations of the kitchen to maximize profitability and ensure superior guest satisfaction and product quality.

Responsibilities include:

Assists in the development and implementation of operating procedures and standards that support associates. Administrative skills Participate in the development of the menu and dining strategies to be aligned with the hotel’s targets market. Greeting guests and responding to queries. Maintaining inventory. Schedule appropriately with Manager Time management and problem-solving skills. Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs Assisting in training and mentoring new associates. Supervising, supporting, and working shifts. Communicating with culinary and kitchen teams

Job Requirements:
