The Position

We are looking for an experienced project manager in Global Operations Reagent Manufacturing who will be part of the Design Transfer of new molecular diagnostics test kits from Development to Operations in Branchburg, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to get new products on market and become part of our global, high performing, collaborative team and help lead the way to supply patients with innovative diagnostics tests

Job Summary

You will be responsible for all aspects of various projects of a moderately complex nature. Taking projects from original concept through completion. developing and directing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, spending, resource plans, and status reports, conducting project meetings and project tracking and analysis. Recommending and taking action to direct and analysis and solutions of problems.

The Opportunity

  • You will manage project team information to support project team, LCT and/or LCC decision making
  • You will be accountable for quality implementation on projects in the following areas: Project risk management; Critical path analysis; Scenario creation and analysis; Budget; Robust planning
  • You have the ability to identify and communicate issues proactively to a wide range of stakeholders
  • You will create, coordinate and maintain integrated project plans in Project & Portfolio Mgmt. Tool (PPM)
  • You will Identify gaps, potential bottlenecks or delays, challenges assumptions and proposes options to close gaps and get projects back on schedule
  • You will guide and manage preparation for project milestone reviews
  • You will manage meetings to include setting agendas, organizing meeting time and meeting minutes

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering or business administration with a minimum of 8 years of project management, product development &/or related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • You have strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred
  • Diagnostic, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical industry and/or relevant diagnostic area knowledge preferred
  • Master's Degree in science, engineering or business administration
