Job Summary:
The Corporate Office Administrator performs a variety of tasks with the goal to provide a safe, clean, and organized office enviornment for the Woodgrain corporate headquarter office. This position acts as an executive assistant to the CEO and other corporate executives while performing several administrative functions to include assisting with travel arrangements, visitor and meeting organization, and preparing mail and packages for shipment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the office invnetory and purchasing of supplies for employees and office business. 

* Coordinate and oversee the cleaning of the building, break rooms, and office spaces.

* Communicate needed repairs and maintenance needs to proper entities (i.e., maintenance, HVAC, etc.)

* Provide administrative support for the Executive Leadserhip team (CEO, CFO, CIO, VPs, etc.)

* Assist with travel plans and arrangements on behalf of Executive leadership

* Receive, prepare, separate, and share all mail for receiving or shipping both interoffice or with the post office/external services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)

* File and enter information for insurance and other company related items. 

* Assist with visitor traffic to proper departments and individuals. 

* Answer phone calls and route to appropriate points of contact. 

* Provide general knowledge and information for the office to help with questions. 

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Continuing education degree preferred. 

* At least 5 years of administrative assistant experience in a professional office environment. 

* Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products. 

Additional Skills:

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

* Understanding of accounting principles and practices

* Ability to use standard office equipment (computer, copier, calculator, fax machine, desktop phone, etc.)

* Experience with keeping inventory and managing supplies. 

* Strong customer service abilities and abilities to interact with professionalism, composure, and empathy. 
* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.   

Physical Demands:
The physical demands and work environment are representative of a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.  Travel: This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
