General Summary

The Department of Political Science is accepting applications for a Part-Time Lecturer to teach courses in Winter 2024.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Teach lower and upper level coursework in the political science bachelor’s degree programs, including primarily sections of the American Government course, PLSC 112

Teaching responsibilities may include online, hybrid, and/or face-to-face day and/or evening classes

Assignments to faculty in the pool are based on departmental needs

Perform related departmental duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants should be able to teach undergraduate level courses in Political Science

An earned Master’s, Terminal, or Doctorate in Political Science, or the foreign equivalent is required
