A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.
Job Description
Collaborate with clients and the Trading Desk to understand their FIX onboarding requirements and configure FIX settings accordingly.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FIX connectivity and onboarding, working with internal and external teams as needed.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure FIX onboarding and production support align with business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of client onboarding and production support activities, regularly updating the knowledge base/wiki.
This is a 5-day onsite position based in NY, NY.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience working with FIX protocols and a deep understanding of FIX messages and order routing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Attention to detail and capability to maintain accurate records.
This is a 5-day onsite position based in NY, NY.
