    Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential markets, industries, and customer segments.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.Collaborate with product development and R&D teams to understand product capabilities, market trends, and customer needs.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and promotions.Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, and resolve any customer issues or concerns.Stay updated on industry developments, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the materials or electronics industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Participate in industry trade shows and conferences, sales meetings, and periodic visits to global headquarters. 35% - 40% travel expected.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.Willingness to travel as needed.
