Job Description: Adhered to preparer office Schedule, Open and Close office (varying).  Commit to Best Practices and ethical Standards. Maintain Customer Sign IN, confidential Log in and passwords. Prepare All Tax Returns with High quality standards and accuracy according to IRS Tax laws. Agree to confidentiality and must agree to: Safe Guard Taxpayer information. Must exercise due diligence at all times.

Must adhere to the following:

  • Verify All Claims to Refundable Credits and Identification
  • Maintain compliance and Retain All Files in locked Cabinet for record-keeping for 3 Years per IRS Law.
  • Complete file for each customer and Complete file checklist after each visit.
  • Advertise your services with High standards of Integrity and Morale.
  • Reach out to potential new customers to grow clientele.
  • Keep office environment safe and professional.
  •  Maintain schedule to ensure the office will run efficiently throughout the tax season.

Tax Preparer is free to make your own schedule and commit to the schedule. 

Must be a MI Notary or willing to become a Notary within 30 days.
