Kapco Inc. is looking for an Industrial Cleaner on 1st shift at our Osceola, WI facility. The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:

  • Maintaining basic cleaning in the office and manufacturing floor including, sweeping, dusting, oil and chemical clean ups.
  • Performs duties involving cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and delivering materials, painting and using a variety of tools and machines such as forklifts, levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers.
  • Daily maintenance inside and outside of the building including painting, light bulbs, replacing filters on machinery, scaffolding and taking down and setting up racking.
  • Performs some minor maintenance on machinery which includes taking apart machines and putting them back together.
  • Successful training and completion of Kapco's forklifts and overhead cranes program.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Some experience within minor machine maintenance including, changing out oils and coolants, etc.
  • Must possess some mechanical aptitude to clean machinery.
  • Maintain and neat and clean work area.
