Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Imperial, Nebraska. As a CNA with Right at Home, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, helping them with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, including help with walking and transferring from bed to chair
• Administer medication reminders and assist with basic medical care under the supervision of a nurse
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, changing bed linens, and cleaning
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate team members
• Maintain accurate records of care provided

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state of Nebraska
• Previous experience in home care or a similar setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of others
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
