Supervisory Nurse

This position will serve as the Supervisory Nurse for the Haskell Indian Health Center nursing department. The incumbent plans, develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates the clinic plan for nursing care delivered to patients ranging from neonate through geriatric age. The position reports to the Director of Nursing at Haskell Indian Health Center.
Duties
- Manages clinical nursing operations by establishing, maintaining, and supervising a comprehensive ambulatory nursing care program.
- Evaluates outcomes of the clinical nursing program and implements quality improvements.
- Plans work to be accomplished by nursing staff.
- Ensures that nursing care is consistent with the accrediting agency, agency policy, and national standards of care.
- Performs direct patient care as needed.
