  • We are looking for a seasoned ASIC/FPGA Firmware Manager to lead our Storage and Networking ASIC/FPGA projects.
  • Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of firmware for Storage and Networking ASIC/FPGA projects.
  • ASIC/FPGA validation/deliverablesASIC/HW releasePartners/Customers release schedulesWork with Partners to align features for overall customer solutionsDrive Cross-functional teams/programs to deliver solutions (ASIC/FW/Validation/System Test/Manual Writers/Partners)Manage global teams across different time zones, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with ASIC Designers, ASIC Verification Engineers, System Test and Hardware Teams to ensure cohesive project development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in ASIC/FPGA firmware technologies, integrating new ideas into project strategies.
  • Established track record of effective collaboration with ASIC Designers, ASIC Verification Engineers, System test engineers and Hardware engineers.
  • Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan.
  • Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan.
