Your Role as an ABA Behavior Technician

As a part-time ABA Behavior Technician at Learning ARTS, you'll play a pivotal role in positively impacting the lives of children with ASD and their families. Your responsibilities will include:

A Day in the Life

Work in our Wheatland Clinic to support our patients by covering other Behavior Technicians' morning and lunch breaks.
Implement ABA therapy techniques and interventions as per the behavior intervention plan.
Conduct engaging one-on-one therapy sessions, focusing on skill development and social interactions.
Use data collection tools to measure progress.
Document session notes and complete required paperwork.
Ensure a clean and organized therapy environment.

Qualifications

Ability to actively engage with kids for 20 minutes at a time.
Availability for at least 12 hours per week (afternoons and evenings).
Strong interpersonal and teaching skills.
Proficiency in computers and writing.
High School diploma or GED.
Reliable transportation.
U.S. work authorization.
Physical ability to stand, sit, squat, bend, twist, and lift 50 lbs.
