Job Description
Plant Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, including production, quality control, and maintenance.

The Successful Applicant
Plant Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).5+ years of experience in a managerial role within a food processing facility.Six Sigma Belt requiredIn-depth knowledge of USDA regulations, HACCP principles, and food safety standards.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP software systems.Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies outside of normal business hours, if required.Not for New York City Applicants.Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, Michael Page will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.Michael Page will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.What's on Offer
