Internal Medicine Full-Time position in El Paso, Texas

** _Position Summary:_**
Our Texas healthcare facility seeks a dedicated Medical Director to oversee
and coordinate the clinical activities of our PACE team, including providing
high-quality geriatric care.
** _Practice Details and Responsibilities:_**
* Conduct performance evaluations, oversee participant care, and ensure adherence to medical standards and compliance
* Collaborate with executives, manage clinical outcomes, and supervise healthcare personnel
* Oversee pharmacy services, manage relationships with subspecialty contractors, and screen/negotiate with potential medical staff
* Implement and manage Quality Improvement and Utilization Management programs to optimize outcomes
** _Schedule:_**
* Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
* No weekend duties
** _Financials & Benefits:_**
* Annual guaranteed base salary
* Full health benefits and malpractice coverage included
* $5,000 CME allowance
* Paid time off is provided
** _Requirements:_**
* Medical Director experience is preferred, but interim or earlier leadership roles considered
* Proficiency in Spanish preferred
* Board Certification in Internal Medicine required
* Texas medical license preferred, but not mandatory
