Description


  1. Manage all phases of commercial interior fit-out projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  2. Oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  3. Coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure that project specifications are met.
  4. Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, manage expectations, and address any concerns.
  5. Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues that arise.
  6. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
  7. Ensure compliance with all NYC building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  8. Lead project meetings and collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  9. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and closeout materials.

Profile


  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 5
    years of project management experience in commercial interior fit-out projects, preferably in NYC.
  3. In-depth knowledge of NYC construction codes, regulations, and market dynamics.
  4. Proven track record of successfully delivering high-end interior projects on time and within budget.
  5. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  6. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam).
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
