Additional Compensation Details:

$27.00 - $30.00 per hour Dependent on Experience and Location of Role.
Potential 90-day performance-based raise.
Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure.
Responsibilities:

Schedule

Typical dispatch times are between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM

The Role

You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout the Southern California region.

Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To

Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries.
Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack.
Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery.
Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers.
Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues.
Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment.
Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate.
All other duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience

Be 23 yrs. or older.
1+ year of driving experience highly preferred.
Valid Class A CDL and medical card.
Interstate qualification, registered.
Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift.
Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English.
Satisfactory driving record.
