Job Description

Monitor alerts being generated from eMPayy Tool and process any alerts within 30 days that are exceeding the $50,000 limit. Update and send information regarding KYC RFI and KYC notices to individuals customers Prepare any weekly alert metrics for the transaction monitoring reports to management Work along side the KYC team in regards to customer responses for KYC RFI/KYC notices Prepare any KYC internal reports Track, monitor and follow up with the internal teams for completion of triggering cases Maintain the data base Clean up any compliance data metrics Prepare BSA reports for management as needed Track and prepare weekly debit card disputes in correlation to the transaction metrics

Immediately available for workObtained a Bachelor's degree of higherAt least 1 year within financial services and exposure to banking business & banking operations Proficient using Microsoft Office programsExcellent communication and writing skills Authorized to work in the US and local to Midtown NYCFluency in Mandarin is REQUIRED (read, write and speak)
