Requirements to be successful in this role:
Prior work experience in a hotel environment or similar role is ideal, but willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environmentMarriott brand experience beneficial Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Able to stand and walk for extended periods Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently Bi-lingual (English and Spanish speaking) is a plus
