A region-leading multispecialty healthcare system in the Midwest is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to join its busy practice of (5) orthopedic surgeons.

Additional Highlights

4.5-day work week; a balanced mix of clinic and ORState-of-the-art ORs with robot (and capacity)$735,000+ (more if fellowship trained) base salary with RVU model with retention bonus$200,000 sign-on bonus (in the form of a community needs loan)1:6 call schedule (additional pay for any extra call taken)Innovative orthopedic treatments, cutting-edge technology, collaborative team culture, and a strong support staff
