Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Functional Architect with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in OC SCM - Warehouse Management OC SCM - Oracle Supply Planning OC SCM - Production Scheduling OC SCM - Inventory Management and Oracle Order Management Cloud. This role requires a deep understanding of these technical skills and the ability to apply them in a hybrid work model. Experience in Sales Planning & Execution is a plu


Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive supply chain management solutions using OC SCM modules. Oversee the integration of Warehouse Management Oracle Supply Planning Production Scheduling and Inventory Management systems. Provide expert guidance on Oracle Order Management Cloud to optimize order processing and fulfillment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes. Develop and maintain detailed architectural documentation for all supply chain management systems. Ensure that all supply chain solutions align with the companys strategic goals and objectives. Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of supply chain systems. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve supply chain solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Lead the development of custom solutions to address specific business needs within the supply chain domain. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the implementation of supply chain solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain management and related fields. Demonstrate extensive expertise in OC SCM Warehouse Management Oracle Supply Planning Production Scheduling and Inventory Management. Have a strong understanding of Oracle Order Management Cloud and its application in supply chain processes. Experience in Sales Planning & Execution is highly desirable. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex supply chain challenges. Show proficiency in developing and maintaining architectural documentation. Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Be capable of leading training sessions and providing support to end-users. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies. Have a proven track record of successfully implementing supply chain solutions. Demonstrate the ability to gather and analyze business requirements. Show commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
