A successful steakhouse in Dillon, MT looking for a Sous Chef to work alongside our Executive Chef.

  • Potential candidates must have knowledge of soups, sauces, selecting, and preparing meats, and knife skills.

  • Applicant must have the ability to confidently expedite a line. Good communication skills are necessary for our place of business.  

  • Knowledge of ordering and receiving foods, as well as taking inventory is required.  

  • The ability to work 40-55 hours a week, with two days off, and be able to withstand long hours of standing, weekends, and holidays required.  

One week of paid vacation after 6 months of employment with the approval of the Executive Chef.  We are looking for someone to represent The Den in a positive way with an ambitious attitude.
