Quality Technician

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct tests and inspect documentation, parts and components, materials, subassemblies and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and standard work instructions.
- Use measurement equipment with valid calibration and apply acceptable repeatability and reproducibility.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
- Document the results of inspections and tests using the designated business system, following applicable procedures and test plans.
- Verify the stability of results over time, as applicable.
- Ensure good housekeeping within own work area.
- Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to relating Risk Assessments.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:- High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret procedures / drawings.
- Carry out written and oral instructions.
- Write legibly.
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with quality control or inspections preferred.
