Position Profile:
- 16,000 Annual ED Volume
- 11,000 Annual Urgent Care Volume
- Strong APP team provides daily coverage in Urgent Care & the Main ED
- Cerner EMR
- APPs function independently with physician back-up when needed
- Hospitalist coverage for admissions 24 hours a day,7 days a week

Role & Qualifications: The Lead APP will act as a clinical leader and mentor, working collaboratively with APPs at the site and the Medical Director to develop and improve department operations.
- 2-4 years ED experience (preferred) or Urgent Care experience as an NP/PA.
- Previous administrative/leadership experience
