Rancho Park Compounding Pharmacy has an immediate opening for a compounding Pharmacy Technician. We are looking for a bright, energetic, detail-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills who likes to learn and grow in the field of compounding. .
Compounding experience is not required but it is desirable. Ideal candidates have a California technician License in good standing, have at least one year of experience as a Pharmacy technician in a retail or compounding setting, has an excellent pharmacy math as well as analytical skills.
Responsibilities include but NOT limited to the following:
Answering doctor's and patient's phone calls and emails
Preparing compounding medication based on the specific formula
Maintaining a clean environment
Packaging and labeling medications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
