Now that you've seen where you'll be working, you see that we are not just a daycare.  We are a private family owned child development center located just off of 144th and Ida St in Bennington, NE​  We have an amazing team full of caring people that love sharing adventures with children as they learn, play and grow.

Must meet ONE of the following requirements:

  • -High School Diploma/GED and at least one year working in a childcare facility - minimun
  • -Have a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) - preferred
  • -Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree - preferred

Must pass a criminal background check and have current fingerprints by the NSP.

Willing to embrace a culture that embodies the TLG mission of providing children a safe and happy place where they are free to exercise their imaginations with friends while learning important life and academic skills. Must have the ability to understand and respond to children's needs. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and willing to learn our curriculum.  Must be kind and have sound character.
