Property Management company is seeking a new addition to our maintenance team. The ideal team member will be ready to drive a pick-up and trailer around to properties to remove debris, clean up landscaping, clean out gutters and prepare vacant units for new renters in apartments and rental homes. This job requires working alone and having experience with small equipment.

compensation: Pay D.O.E - Start around $22
employment type: full-time

Duties and Responsibilities include landscaping, gutter and downspout cleaning, weeding, loading & hauling debris, completing minor repair requests, evaluating rental units for preventive and maintenance issues, evaluating units after tenants move out, re-keying and other maintenance duties typical of maintaining a rental home with focus on the exterior.

Requirements: experience in driving a truck with a utility trailer, landscaping & minor general maintenance, ability to communicate professionally both written and oral in English.

Team members must provide their own small hand tools, have a valid driver's license and be insurable.
