The ALS Nurse is responsible for assisting the director with ALS Clinic operations including patient assessment/scheduling and care management. The ALS Clinic nurse works with the MD for management of the medicine treatment.  The ALS Nurse assumes responsibilities and accountability for patients while in the department and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, The nursing process, environment/instrumentation and other health care team members. Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Crestwood Medical Center is located in Huntsville, AL which offers a variety of attractions, such as education, arts, nature or just pure entertainment. You can relax and take a hike outdoors or visit one of the numerous spas. If shopping is more your speed, there just isn't a better destination in North Alabama. Requirements

2+ years' experience in Care Management or 3+ years' experience in clinical nursing
