Job Summary: As an Overnight Houseperson you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the cleanliness and upkeep of Inn rooms by replacing bed linens and maintaining the hotels standards of cleanliness. You will also be responsible for any maintenance basic issues, reporting damaged property, as well as maintaining the safety of our guests and the security of all guest units. **This is an Over Night Position** General Responsibilities Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products and equipment, operation of grounds maintenance equipment, and general repairTimely response and recording of guest service requests, according to company policyAssist in the sorting, pre-treatment, washing, drying, and folding of hotel linensStock, maintain, and organize storage closets and facilities with proper inventory levelsMaintains property grounds and public spaces in excellent conditionStay accessible to front desk, housekeeping, and the Operations Manager Benefits Health Insurance 50% paid by employer Discounted Vision and Dental Insurance Discounted Hotel Rooms Paid Time off / Vacation Pay Sick Pay
