Responsibilities 
  • Supervise warehouse team, including assigning duties, training, and coaching.
  • Maintain daily awareness of product needs while notifying the Warehouse Manager of any products that are out.
  • Oversee inventory control, verify receiving shipments are matched to invoices looking for discrepancies. 
  • Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas.
  • Oversee and set up machines and equipment for the commissary.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from 1st shift to 2nd shift
  • Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
  • Initiate and organize procedures to set standards for the warehouse.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications 
  • Minimum 6 months food and beverage commissary or related experience required.
  • Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems required.
  • Strong leadership skills; excellent communication skills ability to delegate and coach others.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret deliveries and purchases.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow job procedures and manager instructions.
  • Dependable team-player looking to take on added responsibilities. 
  • Forklift license or ability to obtain one.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 1st shift seasonal role. Needs to be available on events days as well as flexible to assist on some nonevent days if needed.
Physical Requirements 
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 165 pounds.
  • Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cold to hot depending on the season.
